- No Refunds on Advance Payments
Any advance payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits and initial setup fees. These payments are required to secure our services and cover administrative costs associated with project initiation. - Service Modifications
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will work with you to make reasonable modifications as per the terms agreed in the contract. Any changes or additional work requested after the commencement of services may incur additional charges. - Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel your services, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Please note that cancelling services does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made. - Exceptional Circumstances
In rare, exceptional cases where refunds may be considered, Harrsha Punjabi & Co. reserves the right to review and make determinations on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds issued under exceptional circumstances will be at the sole discretion of Harrsha Punjabi & Co.
